I received an eARC, from NetGalley and the publisher, in exchange for an honest review.
'Wicked Intentions' by Elizabeth Hoyt is book one in the "Maiden Lane". This is the story of Lazarus Huntington, Lord Caire and Temperance Dews.
Temperance is a widow and is helping her brother run a Foundling Home. Lord Caire is trying to find the killer of his mistress. Lord Caire and Temperance come to an agreement where she helps him with his search for the killer and he will help her a beneficiary / funding for the Founding Home.
I have read a few of Ms. Hoyt books and this book just reminded me how much I love her books. I will now have to hunt more down!
