'A Dragonfly's Whisper' by Jennifer Julie Miller is book two in the "Water Skippers" series. This is the story of Nora and Roman. I have read the previous book 'Water Skippers' but I feel this is a standalone book. This is also a easy read but is a paranormal / fairy tale type romance. In addition to a second chance at love story too.
Nora lost her husband who she truly loved a while back and just not ready to move on. Roman too has lost his wife that he loved but he also loves Nora. One day while Nora was out with her 'grandchild' she has a dragon fly land on her that 'talks' to her in a dream type situation. It shows how lonely Roman is and encouraging her to move forward...but will she? Such a sweet love story I thought!
