'A Highlander's Christmas Kiss' by Paula Quinn is book 5 in "The MacGregors: Highland Heirs" series. This is the story of Temperance Menzie and Cailean Grant.
Wow..wow!~ This book has everything I must say. A highlander with a torched sole who thought he could go without feeling but found he had chosen the wrong path with Lord Edward Murdoch’s of Glen Lyon, Black Riders group. His cousin got hurt and he was was mislead into thinking a group leader of a small area was possibly at fault for his cousin being hurt. But when he went to correct this and tell the people so he was stabbed and left to die. But Temperance who was the leader's daughter found him and not know who he was took him in to help him. This just had so much planing out in this story. Another great read by Ms. Quinn!!
