'When a Lady Deceives' by Tara Kingston is the story of Jennie Quinn and Matthew Colton.
This is my first book by this author but not my last. This book took you in pretty quickly from the first page of the story.
Jennie was to meet and informant but instead found her dead at their meeting spot. Jennie is a reporter and now with this death it has sent her into going undercover as a bar maid. While undercover she meets Matthew who is too dealing with things that he is keeping to himself.
Will they too find love that both didn't know they were looking for
