'One Wild Night' by Melissa Cutler is book Three in the "One and Only Texas" series. This is the story of Skye and Gentry. I have not yet read the other books so for me this was a standalone book. Skye is getting ready to take over the family business which is a major life changing experience for her. Gentry is a country music singer who has a bad boy reputation and hasn't really settled in roots. But Gentry too is at a point in his life that he is thinking about making changes by starting to write his own songs and starting fresh again. When Skye and Gentry meet they settle on a hot and heavy night but that was to be it but as things go fate comes up with something else. Although Skye is ready to settle down with the family business and start a family Gentry isn't someone she sees a fitting into what she thinks she wants. Really sweet romance that I enjoyed watching these two people grow and come together.
