'Cursed' by Jennifer Chance is book Five in the "Gowns & Crowns" series. This is the story of Edeena Saleri and Vincent “Prince" Rallis . I have not yet read the other books so for me this was a standalone book.
Edeena is coming to American with her two younger sisters to help figure out what to do about the family curse. Edeena wants to do so without the family stressing out the two younger sister. So she tells her family that they are going on a vacation but really Edeena plans to stay with her sisters until she can solve this problem. Edeena has hired security and Prince is the owner of that security company. Edeena is taken back by his looks...Prince appears as a Greek God to her. Also when his friend and coworker calls him 'Prince' she wonders what is going on. But she finds that it is just a nickname. Prince knows there is more going on with Edeena than she is saying so he looks forward to finding this out. Prince is also attracted to Edeena which will make things harder for him.
This was a very nice romance that now makes me want to go back and read the other by Ms. Chance.
