'Blackmailing the Bad Girl' by Nina Croft is the story of Nik Masterton and Summer Delaney.
Summer went to prison after being charged with embezzlement and she was just getting out when Nik was parked outside to pick her up. Summer had worked for Nik once at his company and they both started to have feelings for one another. But Summer, who at the time was going by Sarah, up and left Nik and the company. It appears she also took some of the companies money but Nik wasn't able to find her until now. Nik thinks to get some revenge against Summer for taking the money and also for how his ex-wife just wanted money from him too. Nik now thinks that is what all women want. Summer has had a hard time growing up in and out of foster care with just Danny as a friend. But Summer as sworn to change her life and now Nik is trying to settle this thing between them.
This book had some ups and downs but overall I enjoyed it!
