Review: Feel Me

Feel Me Feel Me by Cecy Robson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Book Review For: Feel Me by Cecy Robson 'Feel Me' by Cecy Robson is book is book Four in the 'O'Brien Family" series. This is the story of Declan O’Brien and Melissa Fenske. I have not yet read the other books in this series so for me this was a standalone series. Melissa was cut a bad deal early on in life. Besides having hearing issues she was gonna be sold by her mother for drug money. But Melissa was a fighter and got away..that is when she met her now adopted father Miles. Miles gave her love and she learned to communicate better.. so he is her rock. Now in the present day we find that he has cancer and will be stepping down at his position as the District Attorney. Her father has Declan in mind to fill his position, which upsets Melissa. Melissa finds Declan to be arrogant and knows that he wants to be the Head of Homicide and not The Sexual Assault And Child Abuse unit. Her dad tells her that since she is the Head of Victim services she can work with him to better understand the job. But she now knows her Dad is sick and settles do what he ask, even if it means working with Declan. Declan is upset that he is being moved to The Sexual Assault And Child Abuse unit but once he learns that Miles is stepping down do to his health issue he goes forward with the position if it is temporary. Melissa and Declan have been attracted to each other for awhile but since they both don't act on it. Declan doesn't believe in Love and doesn't do relationships. Melissa has a preconception about Declan that she quickly learns isn't how he is...but is he a forever kind of guy? This is my first book by this author and I find that I want to read this whole series...along with any other books she has written! Its great find a new author to follow.
