"THE DUKE'S BRIDE' by Joanne Wadsworth is the First Book in the New Series called " Regency Brides". This is the story of Ellie and Ashten. Ashten was Ellie's brother friend and she would trail after them. Ellie always knew she wanted Ashten but Ashten seem only to see her as his friends sister. Ashten saved her once and he did keep her Ribbon that as a good luck charm. But Ashten thought he loved another and when that didn't work he took himself into a self exile where he hardly went into public. But Ellie and her American friend Tidmore plan to try and draw him out with their relationship.
This was such a sweet and easy read that you won't want to put down.
