Wrong To Need You by Alisha Rai is Book Two in the "Forbidden Hearts" series. This is the story of Jackson Kane and Sadia Ahmed. I have read the previous book but feel you can make this a standalone one if you chose to do so.
Jackson was acused of a crime he didn't commit along with some betray from his family. Jackson left town and left his feelings for Sadia. But now after a few years of being gone, traveling the world becoming a famous chef he has come home.
Sadia was pretty much disowned from her family after breaking their traditional rules. Sadie ended up marring Paul and having a child But now he has past and she is trying to run a cafe and bar-tending at night to make enough money to keep her deceased husband's loan sharks off her. When Jackson comes back into her life he steps forward to try help her. But with the past and family issues can they move forward to a lasting love?
Really enjoyed their second chance at love story.
