Misadventures with a Rock Star by Helen Hardt is book 13 in the Misadventures series.  This is the story of Heather Myles and Jett Draconis. 

Heather is working her way to make it as a Screen Writer and is job focused.  But when her roommate Susie talks her into going to a hard rock concert where Emerald Phoenix group is playing she reluctantly goes.  There she meets Jett who is the lead singer/guitarist for the band.  Heather sees how all the women are throwing themselves at the band and knows this isn't for her. 
Jett is so not into the after party and lifestyle that has become his since making it famous. Nothing has sparked his interest until he spots Heather.  But Heather isn't an easy lay it seems but he needs to get her out of his system, but when that backfires to make him want more of her he is lost to what happen in the past.   Jett's past will now hurt his future possible with Heather.
