Synopsis

AJ Love has been writing since she was a little girl, never leaving the house without a notebook. As a corporate stooge and single mother, she spends all of her free time reading, writing and drinking too much coffee (wine). AJ has a strong passion for the literary world and before writing her book, spent all of her time reviewing others.  Even at Your Darkest by AJ Love is the story of Layton Parks and Kane Thatcher.

Layton's mom had her life planned out for her but when Layton decided to drop everything and more away from home.  Layton which really turned out to be a bad decision of many she seem to be making.  Now she has two jobs and just doesn't stand up for herself when she should.  Kane just move to to the area where he is opening a garage which was a plan for him and his brother.  But his brother is no longer with him and he is working it alone.  Kane doesn't take crap and isn't a soft guy but there is something about Layton that makes him want to help her.  Layton and Kane do a dance of sorts that leads to a strange friendship but then it takes another turn to that may lead them to happiness.
