Fierce Princess by S.E. Rose is book One in The Poisoned Pawn Duet. This starts the story of Logan and Susanna 'Anna'. Anna has several 'hats' that she wears. One of course is being a Princess but that is just the outside look but looking further into her you will see she is very smart hacker, can be one of the guys with her brother's Auggie and Chris but she also has a dangerous side of her. This we see when she is looking into finding her mother's missing crown that disappeared when she was killed. While doing her research she comes across a hit being put on Logan. Anna goes forward to warn him which ends up setting off their emotions for each other from first sit. This does end with a cliffhanger setting us up for the book two 'A Valiant Prince' which of course continues their story.
