THE DECADENT GIFT by Lauren Blakely is book Three in The Gift Series. This is the story of Jake and Kate. I have read the previous book but feel you can make this a standalone book if you wish to do so. If you have read the previous book then you will have been introduced to Jake and Kate, they were side characters who are now getting their story. Kate is working to dig her way out of the whole her ex has put her in which leaves little time for much else. Jake also works but his is more of a workaholic type reason. In this book we get into their story and they start to find that maybe their is more to life that work. Enjoyed their story and hope to read more from this author soon.
