REGRETTING YOU by JL Beck & C. Hallman is book 4 in the Blackthorn Elite Series.  This is the story of Jackson and Kennedy. I have read the previous book but felt you could make this a standalone book.  This book is one you want to start when you have enough time to finish it...because once you start it you will not be wanting to put it down. Jackson takes his hurt and blame out on Kennedy for his sister's death.  Kennedy was his sister best friend and now she is back in his sight. Kennedy had a crush on Jackson but he has nothing but hurt and hate left.  Jackson isn't a nice person for much of their story but he slowly starts to break you down just as he starts to break.  Kennedy hasn't had it easy and her heart is broken.  I enjoyed this author's writing and hope to read more from her soon!
