Shark's Heat by Angel Payne & Victoria Blue is book 4 in the Shark's Edge Series. This is the story of Grant Twombley and Rio Gibson. I have read the previous books which did add to my enjoyment of this one. I do feel you should read them in order to understand the ongoing backstory. But, if you wish to start the series here you could. This does end with a cliffhanger setting us up for the next installment in their story. Rio is Sebastien Shark's sister in law and Grant is Sebastien's right hand man along with being his friend. But this book will have Grant still working to keep everyone safe and to work to take down the threats. But is also shows us a different side to Grant who can have anything and anyone he wants but since first spotting Rio, she has kept him captivated with feelings. But, his feelings can't go anywhere but friendship...for now.
Can't wait for the next installment!
