Hamptons Heartbreak by Tara Leigh is book 4 in the New York City Romance Series.  This is the story of Vivienne Radcliffe and Lance Welles.  This was a standalone book for me.
Vivienne had everything going for her and all her ducks in a row but then everything went wrong and now she is homeless unless she stays with her parents, no job and a failed relationship.  This brings her best friend to offer her a cleaning / care taker type house job.  Lance has worked his way up for the poorest ground to the very top.  But he hasn't met a women who only wanted him but wanted his money more.  So when he walks into his house and sees a beautiful women cleaning it and she tells him to start cleaning too he is hooked.  But this leads them on a crazy road to love.  Really enjoyed their story.
