Down and Dirty by Mari Carr is the First book in the Italian Stallions Series.  This is the story of Jess Monroe, Tony Moretti and Rhys Beaumont.  Jess has been in a downward spiral since her mom kicked her out because she got pregnant when she was almost 18 years old. So its just been her a her son.  They had been staying above the homeless line but a few months ago they lost their apartment. So Jess has been staying at friends houses or the shelters.  But now she is in her car with her son when Tony and Rhys find her.  Tony and Rhys have been friends forever.  They are both career driven and men in their 30's who have bought a building that they are fixing up but are living and working in that building.  They offer Jess and her son a place to stay but they all start to have feelings for each other.  This was a good hot read... enjoyed.
