A VOW OF LOVE AND VENGEANCE by L.P. Lovell is Part 2 in the story of Giovanni Guerra 'Gio' and Emilia Donato which is book Two in the Tainted Vows Series.  In addition to that this is part of the Under World Kings Series but you don't have to have been reading that series to follow this book. But you do need to read the previous book 'A Vow of Lust and Fury, Part 1' to fully enjoy this book.  This book does start off where we left off in Part 1.  Emilia has really being going through it especially in the last book cliffhanger.  Emilia has shown that she is a strong women but even her has issues after it all. Gio has gone it to protective mode at all cost to protect Emilia.  Loved this Duet and loving the Under World Kings Series.
