WORSE THAN ENEMIES by J.L. Beck is the First book in North Woods Prep Series.  This is the story of Hayes and Morgan. Hayes by looks and through other seems to have it all and everyone wants him but he has a dark secret which makes him have angry issues.  Morgan is only 17 but has had to take care of her 4 year old sister because there is no father and her mom is just worried about scamming men and getting a meal ticket.  Morgan is used to taking care of others so when she has a chance meeting with Hayes she tries to help him.  Then later she learns her mother is marry and that Hayes is going to be her step-brother.  But Hayes seems to turn his anger toward her at first.  This was a good story and I hope to read more from this author.
