DEFIANT HEART by Brighton Walsh is the First book in the Starlight Cove Series. This is the story of Brady and Luna. Brady is Starlight Cove Sheriff and he takes his job seriously along with everything else. Brady is a by the book guy, grumpy and down on love. But he has his siblings who have taken on running their mother's Resort after her passing. The resort isn't doing good and they are working to get it afloat. Luna is a easy going follow the wind Yoga instructor who is also a tree loving green environmentalist. So when Luna parks her van by the sea shore and starts with her antics of 'breaking the law' Brady arrest her. This was a cute funny romance. I did enjoy it and hope to read more from this author.
