Redemption by Christina Sol is the First book in The Spotted Dog Series.  This is the story of Raven Magenta Wagner and Blake Sullivan.  Blake is well off and with that finds that women just want him for his money.  So this has brought him to never commit and keep things emotionless.  Blake his cousin Parker and his best friend owns the bar called The Spotted Dog.  Raven grew up in foster care and on the streets. So she has no family but Kate who is her best friend also grew up in the system so she is the closest thing to a family.  Raven due to how her life began doesn't feel that she can or will have a real family.  Raven has been surviving but being a Stripper but now has advanced to being one of the best bartenders.  This has lead to her to except a job at The Spotted Dog.  Sparks fly between Raven and Blake but both of course have commitment issues.  So they trying to keep things loose and playful but when danger starts to come for Raven, Blake goes into protective mode.  Enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more from this author.
