Upper Hand by Amelia Wilde.  Elise Bettencourt and Gabriel Hill story started in Power Play book and continues into this book.  Gabriel has been trying to get justice for his parents death in addition to more personal things. But he hadn't counted on his feelings for Elise and how much she has started to mean to him.  This book does end with a cliffhanger setting up up for the next installment 'Fair Game' in their story.
