Cruelest Oblivion by Michelle Heard is the First book in the Cruelest Oblivion Series.  This starts the story of Jai and Chance which is a dystopian romance. I don't normally read dystopian romance but I do always try to read Ms. Heard's books because I love them so much.  This does start out with the darkness of their world but Jai is finding out everything isn't what she thought it was.  Chance and Jai don't hit it off at first but they need each other and Chance becomes more possessive of her. This book does end setting us up for the next book. I can't wait to read that to see what happens next.
