Sasha by Eva Winners is part of the Belles & Mobsters Series. This is the story of Branka Russo and Sasha Nikolaev. I have read the previous books which did add to my enjoyment of this book but I did feel it can be a standalone book. Branka was the youngest sibling whose brother Alessio and sister Mia left her at a younger age. Which left Branka with an abusive situation that still has some scars. Sasha was asked by Mia before she died to watch over Alessio and Branka. When he first saw Branka he knew she was his but his friend / her brother Alessio told him to keep his distance. But he stole a kiss that she asked for from her along with a promise. That promise was a few years ago and Branka never came back to fulfill the promise. Now she is having to marry someone she doesn't want to because she isn't comfortable around other people but had never that problem with Sash. But when she goes to walk down the aisle to another...Sasha comes storming back to take her. Enjoyed and I hope to read more books by this author!
