THE REBOUND by L. Steele is the story of Declan and Solene. Solene and Declan meet when she is around 14 and he is about 22.  Declan heard Solene singing and went to see who it was. Luckily for Solene he did because some other men where going to hurt her.  So, he saved her and they felt a connection but due to the age difference Declan wasn't sold on them.  But they spent time together that night. Solene is a mafia princess who wanted to be a singer and Declan wanted to be an actor.  But when Solene panicked after being caught with him lied that she knew him and it set in motion for Declan to be hurt to almost death. Now in their present day Declan is looking for revenge and more.
