Rigger's Mistake by Misty Walker is the First book in the Sons of Erebus: Reno, NV Series. This is the story of Vivi/Navy and Colin/ Rigger. Colin grew up with an abusive father and at 16 years old his father brought home a wife with a step-daughter. Colin felt a connection to the little 6 year old Vivi and she to him. But when he turned 18 he left and didn't look back really. Now about 15 years later Colin is known at Rigger and is the VP of the Sons of Erebus MC. In addition to that he is opening a new brothel called the Honey Pot Ranch. When a new women walks in wanting to work at the brothel he recognizes her as his step-sister but she is all grown up now. This does have hard trigger issues so please read the author's warning.
