The Hate Date by Kaylene Winter is the story of Clover Callahan and Joar Jacoby.
Joar has made it business to take over failing companies which had made him very successful. When he starts to take over Harrison company he delves into the money that has been taken from others. Joar thinks that Harrison and Clover have been in this scam together. When he happens to meet Clover he thinks to go so far try prove his theory. Clover gave up everything to marry Harrison. But then she learned he had been cheating on her and she took half of everything when she left him. Enjoyed this book.
