SALT KISS BY SIERRA SIMONE is the First book in the Lyonesse Trilogy. This continues the story of Isolde Laurence Mark Trevena and Tristan Thomas. Their story started in the previous book 'SALT in the WOUND'. So that book did lay the ground work for this book. So, I do think reading that one will help you better with this book. Tristan is fresh out of the military and has taken the job of bodyguard for Mark. Tristan feels an attraction to Mark and is taken back that Mark is engaged. Mark has tasked him with helping to protect Isolde too. This book ends with another cliffhanger setting us up for the next installment in their story. I can't wait to read more.
