Poisonous Kiss by Jagger Cole is book Three in the Venomous Gods Series. This is the story of Fumi Yamaguchi and Gabriel Black. This is a interconnecting series so I do think it will add to your enjoyment if you have read the previous books. Gabriel is a partner at the Crown and Black firm. But he also has a goal to become the Governor. But when his campaign manager reports that polls show single people don't usually win elections it is thought that a marriage of convenience might be in order. Fumi is a lawyer at the firm and is struggle to take care of her father. Then her father's past comes back to haunt them which causes danger. So both Fumi and Gabriel end up coming together to help each other out with their issues. Loved this dark romance!
