Copper by K. Webster is book Two in the Royal Bastards MC: Tulsa, OK Series. This is the story of Brenda 'Stormy' and Copper Koynakov. For me this was a standalone book. Cooper has been working to help his brother Koyn seek is revenge. The fallout in this book is that Stormy betrayed them and Cooper has stepped forward to give her the punishment for the betrayal. Stormy had her own goal of bringing down the brothers but now her goal is to escape Coopers hold. But it seems both are also fighting their feelings toward the other that neither should have. This is an age gap, violent biker dark read. I am a fan of this author so I know what I am getting when i start reading her books. Loved it.

Renzo + Lucia by Bethany-Kris is : The Complete Trilogy along with two novellas in this series. So you are getting a total of 5 books that is about 890 pages of absolute page turning read. This is such a great box set that gives us the complete story of Lucia who is a mafia princess and Renzo is who is just guy trying to provide for his family. Their story and love goes through so much that it needed the three books to fully get through. The other two (novels) has one catching us up with Lucia and Renzo with the last book Cusp giving us a window into Diego. Overall this was a great box set to have. I am a fan of this author's writing so I do recommend it. Below are the books that you are getting in this box set:

Essence of Fear by Bethany-Kris is book Two in the Boykov Bratva Series.  This is the story of Pavel Kotov and Viktoria Boykov. I have read the previous book, which did add to my enjoyment of this one.  I do think you can make this a standalone book if you wish to do so.  Although it has been a really good series you might just want to read the previous book.  Pavel has been a tool for and enslaved by Vadim, but now he has been released after Vadim was take care of.  So Pavel is working to settle into the freedoms that he has been given.  Viktoria is a Mafia Princess with a reputation of being a cold spoiled princess.  But she has reason for they way she acts that cover a past of hurt.  When Viktoria and Pavel meet they both feel the connection and attraction that draws them to each other. Both are really broken soles that seem to find peace together. I really enjoyed the first book and I was so happy that this book lived up to the last one.  Can't wait for more from this author.

“What is the card for?” she asked.

Pav hummed under his breath and eyed her from the side. “A party to celebrate something beautiful.”

“So, you really do need a generic card?”

“I suppose.”

It took her all of three seconds to find a generic card with the usual congratulations stamped on the front, and the usual platitudes on the inside. She grabbed the matching envelop, and handed it over to Pav, too. He took them with the same smile as before.

“There you are.”

She turned to walk away, but it was his hand quickly curving around her wrist that stopped her. She froze all over, and a small tremor worked its way through her sinew. Air sucked fast and sharp into her lungs.

At the same time, she enjoyed the warmth of his palm against his skin. She liked the way his fingers tightened against her skin, and the pressure of his fingertips pressing into her racing pulse point. There was no way to hide the way his touch both terrified her and confused her.

Excited her.

Viktoria looked back at Pav but said nothing.

He quirked a brow. “I was going to say thank you.”

She nodded. “You don’t have to.”

Now, let me go.

The words came out in her mind, but not out of her mouth. She wanted to say them, and she didn’t want to say them at the same time.

How strange …

“Da. I was going to say it, but now I want to say something else.”

Viktoria wet her bottom lip, muttering, “So, say whatever it is, then.”

“You’re still scared of me?”

She blinked.

Her mouth worked, though.

“Yes,” she whispered.

  Fractured Ties: Boykov Bratva by Bethany-Kris is the story of Maya Kozlov and Kolya Boykov.
Kolya is the oldest son which has lead his father to train him to be hard, harsh and a killing machine. So Kolya hasn't never had it easy and has felt dead inside. Although him and his brother Konstantin are close and they had to be their for each other due to their father's abuse. So when Koyla lays eyes on Maya something inside him wakes up...she makes him want something more than to just exists and kill for his father. Maya was a unwanted daughter to her father along with her brother who has no feelings for her really. So she is used to being but never having feelings really of love. But there is something about Kolya that shows her something she hasn't felt before, yes he brings danger but he makes her feel something she never had before. Nothing is easy with their path because danger, lies and people wanting to keep them apart stands in their way. This was a page turning dark read...loved it.
