Insistent by Kaylee Ryan is book Four in the Soul Serenade series.  This is the story of Cassidy and Gavin.  I haven't yet read the previous books so for me this was a standalone book.  Gavin sees his follow friends/band mates getting married and he wants that too.  But he wants Cassidy and tries to pursue the feeling he has but she is to guarded.  Cassidy has worked hard to get where she is and has overcome a lot from her background.  So she is fighting the attraction she has for Gavin and his slow seduction into her life.  Lucky he has some friends to help him out.
Enjoyed their story.
