I really loved this book! It was the first read for me by Jane Godman. I loved how the hero, Fraser and how he interacted with the heroine.. Martha Wantage. I felt for Martha and how she was hurt as a young girl. Fraser was not at first site taken with her looks but it quickly turned to desire for her and finding he can't be with out her. I liked how the Martha become more opening to life with him and their passion. This was a very "hot" book and I must have more books from this author! I hope that you will enjoy this book too!
