Review: Real Earls Break the Rules

Real Earls Break the Rules Real Earls Break the Rules by Tina Gabrielle
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

'Real Earls Break the Rules' by Tina Gabrielle is book two in "The Infamous Somertons" series. This is the story of Brandon St. Clair, the Earl of Vale and Amelia Somerton. I have read the previous book 'An Artful Seduction' but feel this is easily a standalone book. Brandon and Amelia had met briefly in the previous book but that was touched on in here too. Brandon has taken over the being Earl of Vale from his father but has found the title holds little money for his family. So Brandon is trying to not let them know while he tries to come up with the money to keep them going and to also help his sisters. Brandon thinks to ask Amelia to make a copy of one of his painting at the house so that he can sell it but have the copy there so his family won't know that he sold it. Brandon thinks this is one way to get some quick money to help his family. Brandon also asked that she paint a portrait of him for his family wall. Amelia first turns him down knowing this would be something that might hurt her family. But Brandon doesn't take no for an answer. So under the disguise of a house party Amelia starts to work on the paintings. But their secret meetings are making it very hard for them to fight their growing feelings. Brandon is in need of a wealth wife which wouldn't be Amelia....but that never stops love.
"My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read."
