Safe Haven by Red Phoenix is the story of Cleopatra 'Cox and Charlie 'Captain' Walker.
Charlie had everything worked out when he was younger...to join the military. Which he did but other things happened that he didn't plan for that changed his world. Now a harden, older military man who is into BDMS he knows that a young Candy shouldn't be for him. But they are both drawn to each other anyway. Candy has her own personal issue the first being that when she was just 18 years old she lost Ethan, her first love to a terrible accident that she feels guilty for.
Fallen into the BDSM world seem to bring some peace to her but her feelings for Charlie where growing fast.
This book doesn't end their story...another book will do that. Can't wait for that installment!
