Now he’s back, looking for what he left behind. They all whisper the same things, about his affliction of the mind. People say he’s broken, this man Brody Landry. But I think he’s beautiful, a perfect Prince for me.

His Affliction by C.A. Rene is a part of the Desecrated duet: Desecrated Flesh and Desecrated Essence. So I think it does add value to this book to have read those before starting this one. This is a dark read so please beware of the taboo and other warning. For me I did enjoy this book and will be looking for more from this author.
