The Last Eligible Billionaire by Pippa Grant is the story of Begonia Fairchild and Hayes Rutherford.  Begonia is recently divorced and looking for her next chapter when she rents a house in Maine with her dog Marshmallow.  What she ends up finding (or he found her) was Hayes.  Hayes is fighting his matchmaking family because he wants to stay single.  After a bunch of family events he tries to escape to his house in Maine only to find someone in it.  This leads him to set Begonia to be his fake girlfriend to ward off his mother / family heading his way.  But things start to take a turn for the real.  Enjoyed this book.....funny hot and all around good romance.
