FIVE SECOND RAINBIRD by Nashoda Rose is the First book in the Underground Horsemen Series.  This is the story of Macayla North 'Mac' and Victor Gate. Victor has return home to his Cabin after being gone for several years.  Victor is an ex Special Forces person who has turned to taking out those that need to be removed.  Macayla is a women trying to keep her son Jackson safe and is staying at the Cabin.  Victor at first wants her gone but the more he is around her the more she brings out old feeling that he hasn't felt in a long time if ever really.  I enjoyed this book and will be looking for more from this author.
