Rouge by Greer Rivers is book two in the Tattered Curtain Series.  This is the story of Lacey and Kian. I really enjoyed the previous book, so I was excited for this one. Kian and Lacey where promised to each other by their families.  But, Lacey's family breaks that commitment off and tries to marry her to another family.  Of course Kian is still obsessed with her and this starts their story.
