Will Reign by Rachel Leigh is the First book in the Wicked Boys of BCU Series.  This Starts the story of Riley Cross who is Scar's friend from the Bastards of Boulder Cove Series.  This book is her story when she starts at Boulder Cove University.  Riley is trying to move forward but her past isn't letting go.  Ridge, Maddox, and Levi investigate the death of a high-profile member of the society which leads Ridge to Riley and his new obsession with her.  Maddox, Levi and Ridge are very close friends but all seem to have feeling for Riley although one is more of hatred.  This book does end with a cliffhanger setting us up for the next installment in their story.
