Tyrant by R.K. Lilley is now live!

I was done for. Profoundly screwed.
The issue, of course, was my assistant, Devereux.
She was slowly but surely driving me crazy.
It wasn't supposed to be like this. Hiring her was supposed to bring order to my life.
Instead, she'd brought disorder.
Chaos. Irritation. Malaise.
Comfort. Exuberance. Delight.
I was obsessed with her.
Truly, irrevocably obsessed.
She was stubborn. Standoffish. Painfully honest.
Take no prisoners efficient.
In summary, a termagant — much too young for me.
And even I, oblivious bastard extraordinaire, was aware in some corner of my mind, of every well-laid plan I'd ever had slowly crashing down and exploding into dust.
I was simply no match for Devereux Laurent.

Meet R.K. Lilley

R.K. Lilley lives in Texas with her husband and their two beautiful sons. She's had a lot of interesting jobs, from being a first class flight attendant, to being a stablehand, but swears she never knew what hard work was until she had children. She's been addicted to both reading and writing fiction since she can remember. She loves to travel, read, hike, paint, game, watch anime, and make the most of every single day. She is the author of In Flight, Bad Things, and Breaking Him, to name a few.

My Review
5 Stars
Tyrant by R.K. Lilley is the story of Turner Thorn and Devereaux "Ro" Laurent'.  This book took me in from the first page. Turner hired Ro because he thought she would be a upgrade from his usual assistant and that he wouldn't be attracted to her but that changed pretty quickly.  Sparks flew between them.  This was a fun hot read. I hope  to read more from this author.
