Surrender by Sam Mariano and Laura Lovett is book 4 in the Coastal Elite Series.  This is the story of Sophie and Silvan.  This is a dark romance read.  Sometimes you won't like Silvan but for me I kept turning the pages.  There are some trigger warnings with this book.
