Bad Habit by Charleigh Rose is the First book in the new "Bad Love" series. This is the story of Briar and Ash.
This starts with Briar around the age of 14 who her brother's friend, Ash comes into his room sometimes to escape his father's abuse. When her brother is not there Briar step forward to clean him up and tried to talk to him. They bonded but it wasn't enough to keep Ash from running when he felt that he wasn't good enough. Now a few years later they meet again and it seems he is hot and cold with her. But love always comes through to win.
