Bound by Lauren Landish and Willow Winters is book 5 in the Highest Bidder Series.  This is the story of Gabriel and Kiersten. Kiersten to help pay off her debit goes on auction where Gabriel 'buys' her for the month.  This is how them meet but it goes back and forth through their lives for several years. If you have read the previous books then you know Kiersten as Madam Lyn who now in their present day runs a BDSM club.  This book has Kiersten and Gabriel finding themselves back together again with even stronger feelings.
