Rosa lost her mother to a violent shoot out where they were just innocent bystanders when she was 10 years old. That changed her innocent life to one of vengeance which has lead her to work with the CIA. Javier has been watching Rosa due to his growing feelings towards her. There is something about her that he can turn away from. Soon neither Rosa nor Javier can fight their feelings.
This was one book you cannot put down! I just love Ms. Webster dark romances.
