COCKY PLAYER by Stacey Lynn is book 4 in the Rough Riders Series. This is the story of Brenna and Connor. I have read the previous book but feel you can make this a standalone book. Brenna is a young women who has lived a protected life going to a all girls school along with a terrible incident that happen to her when she was younger. Thinking to make a change to get rid of her innocents leads her to Connor. Connor is self assured, playboy player on the Rough Riders Football team...total opposite of Brenna. Connor later learns that Brenna is the New Marking Assistant for the Rough Riders not to mention the owners daughter...so its a taboo type relationship. Enjoyed this hot and steamy read.
