Unexpected Bond by Kaylee Ryan is book 4 in the Unexpected Arrivals Series.  This is the story of Mara and Seth.  I have read the previous books which added to my enjoyment of this one but I did think you could read this as a standalone.  Seth has the loving family, great friends and a good job but now that he sees his friends find their love in a women, he wants that too.  Mara is a product on the foster care so trust and having people to count on hasn't been for her.  Mara family consist of her best friend and daughter.   But when Mara and Seth start to find one another they start to see what might be in them if Mara can learn to count on her feelings and him.

This was an emotional read but one that I really enjoyed.
