Wicked Master by Sasha Leone is book 4 in the Brutal Reign Series. This is the story of Roman and Mary. I have read the previous books and that did add to my enjoyment of this one. Mary hasn't had a easy life due to some bad choices and situations but now she is on the run from a crazy obsessive FBI agent who wants her. Mary thought to go up on the Devil's Auction block to get fast money to help her escape the obsessive FBI agent. This leads her to meet Roman. Roman has been a assassin slave for the Black Delphi but has since got away from them to return to his family. But never feeling right or normal due to all that he has had to do and seen. But when he sees Mary on the auction block she reminds him of a young girl that he tried to save by couldn't. So he has to have her which leads them both down a path to finding their peace, safety and more important love.
