Heartless Lover by Faith Summers is book 5 in the Dark Syndicate Series. This is the story of Eric Markov and Summer Reeves. I have read the previous book which did add to my enjoyment of this one. Summer is taken by Eric because he thinks she has information on the man he is looking for that tormented him. Eric is Bratva for the Voirik Brotherhood and a deadly man out for revenge. When he takes Summer he feels he can get information from but he soon starts to learn that she is in danger from this same person he is after. This was a page turning read just like the previous books. I love Ms. Summers writing and I do recommend this book / series.
