Head Over Hooves by Erin Nicholas is book 5 in the Boys of the Bayou. This is the story of Drew Ryan and Rory Robins. Drew is the ultimate good guy who gets the friend zone always with the ladies back home. So he volunteers to come to Louisiana for the week to get some reindeer for the Wild Animal Park and Refuge Santa's Village. While in town he plans on having a hot hookup but not to run into someone like Rory who is in a to tight Elf suit appearing to be stealing gifts. Rory is used to men letting her down so she doesn't trust easily. Rory father is the ultimate stealing scrooge who hasn't been a good father from the start. But the attraction between the two happen fast but both try to not see it for what it really is. This was a fun hot read. Loved it.
